We are an accessories store, mostly focused on bringing the most unique and fun jewelry to the forefront! Oh, and we're sisters!

- Where are you located?

We are based in the United States, Maryland to be exact.

- How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments through credit and debit cards.

- Where do you ship to? How long will my order take?

Abby & Audrey ships all over the US and Worldwide.

International duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. You will receive an email directly from us once we ship your order.

- What do I do if there is a problem with my order? Can I return my order? 

If any problem arises with your order shoot us an email at info@abbyandaudrey.com and we will do our best to make it right! We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and once we receive the package we will issue your refund.

- What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item please report it to us at info@abbyandaudrey.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, and provide a photo. We will replace the damaged item, or provide an item of equal or lesser value.
